We want you to love your Chimpee Champ gear — but if something’s off, we’ve got your back.

✅ You can return or exchange your order if:

• The size doesn’t fit

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival

🔄 Return & Exchange Conditions:

• You must request the return/exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• For size exchanges, the item must not have been used.

💸 Refunds

• If the item is damaged, you’re eligible for a cash refund or exchange — your choice.

• If the size is wrong, we’ll exchange it for the correct one (based on availability).

🚚 Return Process

• Contact us on 0797521246 with your order details.

• We’ll arrange the return pickup or guide you to drop it off depending on your location.

• Exchanges and refunds are processed within 3–5 days after receiving the item.

• Returns due to “changing your mind” are not accepted.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
